The studio was clean, fully air conditioned, and worked well for our family stay. We booked through UHA Management before. Our room was on the 28th floor, with a city view facing MidValley Southkey Mall. It had a king sized bed suitable for a couple or three people. Weekend rates were a bit higher than weekdays: RM100+ for the studio, plus a RM60 cleaning fee. In the bathroom there were towels, shampoo, and a water heater, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. For cooking, the kitchen had a microwave, induction cooker with no gas cooker, refrigerator, frying pan, bowls, spoons, and forks. There's also a dishwasher. The ventilation wasn't very strong, so it's better to open the window while cooking. Check in and check out were easy to do yourself. We registered and picked up the keys from the mailbox. One parking space was free, while extra vehicles could park downstairs at their own risk. Level 9 has the swimming pool with a city view, the management office, and the gym.

Parking access is unfriendly, and management seems interested only in money. Parking downstairs is very expensive, but if you park outside, you can get a ticket. You also can't stop here even briefly because of the stupid barrier, which could damage your tyre. Some guards don't speak Bahasa or English, so it's hard to ask for directions. Very bad management.

The apartment felt cozy, and the parking was spacious. The swimming pools were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. From the balcony, you can look out over Johor Bahru and watch the busy city at night. Check it out.

We arrived to check in at 3pm, but the rooms still hadn't been cleaned. We called and were told they'd take care of it and finish by 4pm, so we left. When we came back at 5pm, it still wasn't done. Bad experience.
