Greenfield Regency Comfort Suite - Wifi 4pax Paradigm & Sutera

We paid a substantial amount for five days, plus a RM300 deposit, but stayed only one night and still haven't received either refund. The PIC said a refund was possible, but nothing has come through. This was Antlerzone Homestay. Check-in was meant to be at 4pm, already late, but the place still wasn't ready at 5.30pm. The floor was sticky, and the dish sponge and cloth smelled awful. At 9am the next morning, the power suddenly went out. The agent said TNB would arrive in 2-4 hours, so we went out after waiting until noon. We got back at 6.40pm and there was still no electricity. I have a three-month-old baby, and we had come all the way from Kedah. I kept begging the agent to sort it out because of the baby, and asked for a refund.

Security seems good, but it's a congested place and the routes are confusing if nobody guides you. The studio apartment style is okay, though not my preference. The lift access cards for each floor seemed insecure, since the sensors were disabled or not maintained.

The apartment was the worst. There was oil and mess around the room before we even went in. When we asked about kitchen items, he answered rudely, and he deducted RM20 over the iron and an untidy sink. We came on vacation expecting a homestay, but it felt like a studio house. Don't book this hotel.

We stayed a few days in a BnB unit, and the guard kept ringing the bell aggressively and nonstop. It was disrespectful and disturbing, especially as we were woken up at 2am, 5am, and 6am to move our motorcycles from the parking spot assigned to our unit, where two bikes were parked in one lot. As visitors, we didn't know about this rule. Other apartments we've stayed in let two bikes share a space. It would have been better to explain it politely the next morning or during Subuh time, instead of waking us repeatedly in the early hours. Whether people own or rent their units, residents and guests deserve basic manners and respect.
