Several parts of the house were damaged, the grass outside was overgrown, and the parking area and kitchen lights didn't work. The fridge still had food from previous guests. When we arrived, one bedroom's AC was left on and the bathroom sink tap was running. The bed coverlid was dirty, and I don't think the cleaning was done properly. A wardrobe and a room switch were broken too. The kitchen had an induction stove but no pots, and the rusty BBQ pit couldn't be used, so we had to buy a replacement nearby. The listing said Netflix was available, but customer service said we'd need to log in with our own account. The snooker balls and table pockets were sticky and very dirty. The TV was an old model unlike the photos, and we couldn't connect our Nintendo Switch. We messaged customer service on WhatsApp to ask if a technician could fix the outdoor light before our BBQ. They said they were “still looking” and never followed up. Replies to the other issues were just “noted.” If you're coming for BBQ, Netflix, or snooker, I strongly do NOT recommend this homestay.

The house was spacious, but housekeeping needs work. There was dust, one door wouldn't open, and there were ant nests in the sandy area outside. Mobile service and Wi-Fi were also quite weak. Thank you.

A poor place to stay. The two-floor house only had a small room AC, which felt stingy. The bed and towels smelled, and the place was dirty. There was a crack in the wall that caused flooding in the room. Don't bring your family here.

We came as a group of 21 and everyone had their own bed. It was comfortable overall, and collecting the keys was easy. The sliding door and sunlight panel could be cleaner. There was a pool, games table, karaoke and YouTube, but no TV. All the rooms had AC and fans; the smaller room only had AC, but it was cold enough. Towels were provided, so bring your own toiletries. The pool looked blue, though there were insects in it, and the water really hurt if it got in your eyes. It was good enough for everyone, just could be cleaner.

We had a gathering with friends. The environment was okay, but the floor was so dirty, sticky, and covered in hair that we spent an hour cleaning it ourselves. Unbelievable!
