Golden Court Hotel Tun Abdul Razak

Golden court made a mistake, and I ended up paying for it. They moved me to another branch near karaoke, where the noise was too loud for me to sleep. Agoda and Golden court deserve each other for this kind of bad service. Not worth staying there.

I could see trains from the window. They provide soap, shampoo, towels, two bottles of mineral water, and glasses, plus there’s a water dispenser outside near the elevator. Our family room had two queen beds. The bedroom was quite small, while the bathroom had more space. Both were clean, and the linen was nice. We did notice some ants later on around the leftover food from our tour.

The service was awful, and I regret staying here. Staff seem to protect their own and push problems back onto customers instead of taking responsibility. I’ve made a police report about the hotel after money and valuables were taken without my knowledge. Be careful, the staff can enter your room when you’re out, and some room locks are broken. The air conditioning didn’t work and the shower pipe was broken too. I found the staff untrustworthy and the handling of right and wrong confusing. Book at your own risk.

We told the hotel through Agoda that we’d be arriving around midnight, but when we got there the front desk said they were fully booked. We had to go find another hotel. I strongly suspect they gave our room to someone else because we checked in late. Be careful booking here.
