I was stuck in the rain and couldn't get out of the car park. The payment machine said "payment unavailable" even though my payment had gone through. Building staff were slow to respond and didn't promptly check what was happening. That's poor service and a real lack of accountability. Please inspect and fix the parking system, and make sure staff respond quickly if this happens again.

I didn't meet my friend until 6:30, despite arriving at 6. The whole process was confusing and inconvenient for a first-time visitor. I was there for a housewarming, parked outside, and was surprised there was no reception, lobby, or staff to ask for help. A guard eventually told me I had to drive into the parking area using my QR code if I'd pre-registered, since I couldn't enter on foot. The only entrance I knew was marked "Residents Only," and I hesitated to make a big U-turn there, thinking there might be a visitor entrance. Once I used the QR code to get in, I was directed to a particular level and parking spot, but there were no spaces marked "Visitor's Parking." I had to work out the exact bay from a map. Then I struggled to find my friend. I was trying to reach Block C from my spot in Block B, and the wall signs weren't clear for someone visiting for the first time. After wandering around and calling, we finally met by the Block B elevators.

Management is poor, the attitude is terrible, and there's always another excuse. We pay management fees and sinking funds, yet still get charged for everything else: RM20 an hour to use facilities and a RM300 admin fee. They can't even explain what that admin fee covers, when administration costs should already be part of the management fees. It feels like they're doing all they can to squeeze more money out of residents.

For about three weeks, drilling has continued every day between 1:30 and 2:00, even though a notice said contractors weren’t allowed to drill after 1:30. A security guard reminded me of the announcement when I went downstairs, but the noise still carried on and disturbed residents. The force was so strong that the ceiling above my light looked like it was sagging. I’m worried it’s dangerous. What’s the point of the proposed rule if contractors ignore it and the people living here are left to deal with it?
