There were cockroaches everywhere, and the toilet was filthy with no soap provided. The ceiling looked ready to fall, paint was peeling off the walls, and the bed hadn’t been cleaned properly. The towel had a hole and was barely acceptable. It may be a cheap hotel, but I paid for my stay and expect better service and hygiene. What a joke.

The location is convenient, but I can’t recommend staying here for a pleasant night. The room was unhygienic and dusty, the mattress was curved, and the toilet ceiling looked close to falling down. Water came through slowly, and lots of little cockroaches were running around.

I arrived at night after work and was given a room with a badly curved mattress. The springs were so out of place that it was impossible to sleep on. I asked to move rooms, but they said the hotel was fully booked. A staff member told me verbally to call Booking.com and assured me I could cancel and get a refund. So I left and booked another nearby hotel. About an hour later, I got an email saying the cancellation request had been rejected. What is this, a scam?

The location is good, and the family room with two queen beds met my expectations. For the amount paid, I couldn’t really ask for more.

The room was filthy, the floor was broken and unsafe to walk on, and the mattress was so old it felt like iron digging into my back. It felt more like a prison than a hostel. The reception was terrible, practically nonexistent. The receptionist was called Sami. Even when I called, he came over and nearly kicked me out and hit me because I arrived at night and disturbed him.
