It's affordable, clean, comfortable, and has decent space. The hotel has separate surau for men and women, plus a seminar room that can be used for different functions. There are good restaurants nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. I'd recommend it over other budget hotels in the area.

Even as a deluxe, the room was tiny. The wire cover was exposed, and it wasn't very clean. The sheets on the bed and pillows hadn't been changed, with hair stuck to them. If you have skin problems, maybe don't stay here. My skin got itchy just a minute after lying down. That's it.

For my 1-2 June 2019 trip, I had room 217, a standard single without a window. The rate through OYO was extremely low, and check-in was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I could ask nicely for extra pillows and towels at no cost. There was functional AC, Wi-Fi that was fast but sometimes bumpy, and a water filter on each floor. Municipal parking was plentiful but required paid coupons. Lots of local eateries were nearby, the hotel somehow asked for no deposit, and the room facilities were just okay. Space was the main issue. I measured it at about three steps by six, and the bed stopped the door from opening all the way. Facilities were old, the toilet wasn't very clean, the TV only had one channel, and the pillowcase looked very old and rusty. The room wasn't very soundproof either. Given the super low price, I let those things go. It was still comfortable enough, thanks to the nice, helpful staff. Would I return? Maybe, maybe not, even at that rate. Probably not.

It's a clean, comfortable budget hotel that could work for a family or a solo stay. The employees are kind and good, parking is easy, and food and drink shops are close by if you check in a bit late at night. I'd say give it a try.
