The parking area was rather dark and could use better lighting. The receptionist was okay and helpful. I also had good Wi-Fi, strong water pressure, and four bottles of drinking water. A blackout meant I had to move rooms in the middle of the night, which was inconvenient.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't seem interested when I reported the problems. They made no effort to help or suggest a solution, and the service was disappointing. The room itself was in terrible shape: ants were crawling around, there was a dried stain from an unidentified liquid on the floor, and the bed felt ready to collapse. One table leg was dangerously loose, while bathroom floor tiles were coming off, making it feel unsafe and unhygienic. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

I wasn't expecting much from a boutique hotel, but the place was clean and cosy, which made the stay comfortable. It was okay overall.

At 1:57 am, children were making so much noise. This hotel isn't a playground! There was no one at reception to check on things or tell the guests to quiet down.

The location has food shops all around and a shopping mall nearby. Walk-in was a little cheaper than booking online, and early check-in costs RM10 per hour. Still, I wouldn't recommend this for pregnant people or anyone with asthma because the smoke smell was very strong. The customer service guy was arrogant and poor at communicating. Parking is outside, first come, first parked, with no security. Several things in the unit were below expectations. The water heater's water flow had been bypassed and was leaking, the glass was broken and had no frame so it could break easily, a light wasn't working, and the door didn't move smoothly. The TV picture was unclear too. Refer to the attached video for the utility issues.
