The walls looked patchy, with visible water damage, and the bathroom drain was poor enough that water pooled while showering. Noise from other guests came through easily and was disturbing. There’s no elevator, which could be a hassle with luggage. On the plus side, parking is free and the front desk staff were polite and friendly.

Anis at reception deserves a special mention. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making things smoother and more pleasant with her warm welcome. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well managed, and I had a great experience.

It’d be useful if the hotel gave guests an email address or WhatsApp number. Sometimes we may want to contact you privately.

Despite the low rates, this stay was a disaster and really wasn’t worth it. The hotel has serious housekeeping and maintenance problems. Owner, please don’t ignore them. It needs urgent attention and improvement.

The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked so well that I froze all night. The shower’s water heater wasn’t working properly either, adding to the chill. Sure enough, I caught a cold the next day.
