This is the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. It doesn’t deserve a star. Why restrict parcel collection to before 11pm when the parcels are in a locked room and only the guard can access it? If theft is the concern, shouldn’t the guard check the parcel before letting a tenant take a large one? People have jobs, some leave before 7am and get back from shifts after midnight. The security guard in blue was really rude, with no respect or empathy for other people’s time. It was the middle of the night, and people tired from work just wanted to pick up their parcels. Telling someone to go to management to complain at that hour is ridiculous. And why put the PROGUARD plastic chain across the pedestrian path in the parking area? It blocks the only way from where we park to the block lift. People have tripped over it a couple of times.

After nearly two years living here, I’m just thankful I was only renting. If a payment is one day late, they block card access straight away with no warning, making it hard for residents to get in and out. Parking on level 9 means driving in circles all the way to the top, while a lower spot costs extra. It feels like they only care about money, not residents’ convenience. Visitors have no parking option either, so friends have to pay RM3 per hour. With two schools and a college right beside the building, traffic at peak times is a real hassle.

The facilities shut far too early, so people finishing work can’t use them and are made to leave. Getting around the parking area is also frustrating: barriers block the more convenient route, forcing a long detour to get down. The guards’ attitudes are a mixed bag. A few are friendly and helpful, but some are very rude. Many of the foreign workers management hired can’t communicate properly in our language, which makes it hard to talk with them. Hiring foreign workers isn’t the issue; they need to understand the language. We pay to live here but still have to put up with unfair treatment and inconvenience. I hope management improves things.

I scanned my card and pressed the level button, then the elevator kept opening and closing. Poor maintenance, especially with the elevator behind it already under maintenance.
