There were cockroaches all over the room, and no towels even though they had agreed to provide them. The air conditioner was so loud that you'd rather turn it off. They charged more than the booking price we'd agreed on, and some rooms have TVs while others don't. Horrible hotel.
10/10
I couldn't pay OYO online because bank transactions weren't available after 1 a.m., and I'd booked the room late. OYO let me stay and pay at the counter instead. Since I'm a registered customer, I could pay there at the same discounted rate. Thanks to OYO, and hats off to them.

There's a dobi right beside the hotel, and the place is still being renovated. Since it's close to the bus terminal, buses can be heard running every day around 4 a.m.
4/10
I could live with the room being small. What matters more is keeping it clean, instead of just making it smell nice.
2/10
The room had a stale, musty smell, and the air conditioner wasn't working.
