ROOM: C- 35-01 PROVIDER: DEHOZ SUITES I checked in on 25th December 2025, and the room was completely unacceptable. It smelled strongly of smoke and Indian curry, along with a musty, revolting odour that lingered even with every door and window open. The room had clearly been smoked in often. I also found cigarette butts and soiled clothes outside the bathroom window. The pillows and mattress were stained and smelled awful, so I couldn't use them. The toilet seat was stained brown, and the room felt dirty and unhygienic. I contacted Agoda and Dehoz Suites straight away. They said someone would come to fix the problem. A cleaner came in for about four minutes, put two small tinned lemon air fresheners in the room, swapped the sofa cover for another dirty one with holes, and left without saying a word to me. Agoda was later told this was a “deep clean,” which simply wasn't true. I have proof of how long the cleaner was there. Agoda and Dehoz Suites both passed responsibility back and forth, and I got no resolution despite the room's unacceptable condition. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of the poor hygiene and the lack of accountability when problems are raised.

There's a lot available downstairs, though no bank. Zus Coffee has opened a branch here, alongside a cafe, mamak, restaurants and two 24/7 marts, KK and super value. There are also clinics, beauty care, a salon, pet services, a hotel and kindergartens. The swimming pool has just been refurbished and looks brand new. The current management seems much more experienced at managing and maintaining the building. Hope they keep it up!

The parking layout is pretty efficient, with a slope that's not too steep, and it's better designed than other condos I know. I even see a Porsche parked regularly on Level 5, lol. The security staff are friendly and helpful.

You can get almost everything from the shop lots downstairs, and the facilities are complete. Security is decent, and the swimming pool looks brand new after two months of refurbishment. Zus is the best recent addition. So-young cafe’s food is good, though a bit pricey, and Dessert land has some desserts worth trying.

The atmosphere during my stay felt uncomfortable. Some residents came across as unfriendly to both foreign guests and Malaysians, which made the building feel unwelcoming. I was also concerned by reports that a car had been stolen inside without the security team noticing. I wouldn’t choose this place if I were looking for a safe, comfortable environment.
