The place is very clean and hygienic, and feels safe and family-friendly. For the affordable price, amenities are minimal, and the room only has one type G power socket. There are also very few TV channels, and they aren't interesting. Keep your expectations modest.

I spent one night here. There was visible mould in the bathroom, and I found a small live cockroach. The towel, bedsheet, and duvet also had brown stains.

A basic, simple room at a cheap price, so it's good value for money.
