It was a nice stay in a quiet area, with beautiful nature, birds, and flowers around. Walking through the rice fields gave me Bali vibes, and I even saw a buffalo resting in the water. The owner lent me a bicycle so I could ride around and see more places.

The owner was very kind and even gave me food during Ramadan, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and wonderful. Everything was perfect for us.

We booked through MakeMyTrip, but took off a star because we were charged an extra 10 RM per day for local tax, even though the invoice showed it was included in the online booking. There’s also a 10 RM charge for early check-in or late checkout. After checkout, you can leave your bags for free if you want to keep exploring. The owner keeps the rooms pleasant and well maintained. It’s 5 km from Cenang Beach, with basic amenities for a short stay and hot water available 24 hours a day. It’s advisable to rent a bike or car, and the hotel offers bike rentals.

The location is handy, about 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Pantai Chenang, and around 20 minutes from Kuah. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well kept, and there’s a mini market and restaurant within walking distance. Monthly rentals are available, as are scooters for rent if you need transport. Highly recommended. In the rooms there’s air-conditioning, a mini bar, ceiling fan, water heater, free Wi-Fi, storage, and an open pantry.

We stayed nine nights and really appreciated the owners’ warm hospitality and friendly service. The place felt welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. Definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed during our travels around Southeast Asia. I’d certainly come back in the future.
