The floor had a satay stick, some nuts, and ants left behind, and the bedding was in awful shape. There were lots of black marks on the sheet, plus a red stain inside the blanket. I even wondered if the blanket had been washed. The room smelled strongly of smoke, and there wasn't a toothbrush or toothpaste. I know this was a budget hotel, but I've stayed at plenty around KL that were clean and met the basics. This one fell far below that. I was away from home and booked a single room, but the dirt made the stay really unacceptable. Cannot lah.

The room was small, but I was comfortable and woke up feeling energetic, so the energy felt good. The people at Kajang resedence were easygoing. Internet signal was poor, and there was no fridge or microwave. I didn't see cockroaches or bedbugs, though there were lots of ants in my room.

I liked the room on my earlier stay. It was simple but comfortable, which suited the OYO name. Last week, on 28th March, I called to book two rooms and the booking was confirmed. The staff told me to pay at check-in. After coming all the way from JB to Kajang, the receptionist said the booking had been cancelled automatically because I hadn't paid. But I'd been told to pay when I arrived. They had no spare rooms, so I had to go around looking for somewhere else. Please improve the service.

The room was dirty, and the counter attendant was rude. There was a RM4 service charge, though he did give me a receipt.
