The location was the one good part of our stay. I wouldn't recommend this place for more than five people. I booked for 8 pax on Agoda, but staff insisted it was only for 5. We were given five old, dirty-looking towels, and got scolded when we took extra ones from the cabinet, not knowing they were for the next guests. The bathroom floor stayed wet and slippery, and the sink was clogged. The water heater's heating rod was rusty, so I didn't think the water was safe to drink. There were no toiletries, which I didn't mind, though others might. Cooking wasn't allowed despite the kitchen. The staff's attitude could be better. Everything felt lacking. Thank you.

@sky at karamunsing, room 713 and 708: the furniture isn't fit to be rented out. The sofa is disgusting and unhygienic for a family, and the bedsheets aren't hygienic either. Change the furniture.

Water was leaking and made our stay miserable. The place was extremely dirty, smelly, and full of mold. The sofa stank too. I can't really explain how bad the dirt was.

I booked unit 713 at sky hotel and was really disappointed. The sheets and blankets looked unchanged, with dirt marks on them. The walls were badly cracked, the sofa was black and dusty, and the toilet was rotten. The microwave smelled like corpses. That's all.
