At 11:00 a.m., after checking in that morning, a cleaner opened the door while I was in the room. This happened to me twice in the same room. I came as a guest, so please sort this out instead of making excuses about a wrong check out. I was sleepy and drinking coffee 😤

There’s an elevator, and my room was clean and had no odor. The sheets and toilet were clean too.
