There are no noise problems here, and the security is tight. The guards understand English well, and the person handling things was really helpful. You can find nice apartments for daily rent on Airbnb and Agoda. A lovely condo to stay in when visiting Kajang or Bangi. 👍👍👍❤️

There are plenty of nearby convenience shops, including FamilyMart, 99 Speedmart and Eco Shop. Parking inside is easy, and the surroundings are pleasant. The guards and staff are friendly and helpful too. A nice place to stay.

The facilities are okay, and you get one parking space, but the management is awful and the traffic getting here is too. The place isn't anything Japanese like Natsu or Haru, and its name has changed. Good luck to new owners moving in. You'll have to use your annual leave for furniture deliveries. They also charge a RM200 deposit per item for moving things in, and if you pay online it can take months to get the money back. I wouldn't buy here. If you do, you have my condolences.

It's unpleasant seeing parcels left scattered on the floor, where someone could step on them or steal them. Searching through thousands of packages for one delivery wastes an unreasonable amount of time. We pay quite a lot for the facilities, so I don't understand why management hasn't arranged a proper parcel pickup system for tenants. MANAGEMENT, PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
