OYO 90338 Prima Saujana Budget Hotel

My brother and I stayed here for business, and for a budget hotel it was a moderately good stay that fit our budget. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. You can't expect a good view since it's not a countryside area.

I was the only guest there at the time, and the young woman on staff said she wanted to close the hotel during Ramadan. She made me check out, saying there would be an electricity problem and that OYO would refund me. I think that was a lie, because getting the refund has been so difficult. My status still showed as checked in, so how can Agoda or OYO investigate if she never checked me out? The phone number listed here also doesn't work. There was hardly any space to move around in the room. I found a far better hotel for the same price, with more space, hot water, and a very clean bathroom. Don't stay here. The staff may lie to you. Better to stay at MARVELOT hotel.

The room smelled and the air conditioner made loud noises. I booked through Agoda and paid RM38, but the staff asked for another RM14 plus a RM50 deposit. I called customer service and everyone just told me to ask Agoda myself, but the number was unreachable. I waited 30 minutes at the front desk and nobody would help, even after I rang the bell countless times. Really bad service. Don't spoil your mood by coming here. I should've read the Google reviews first.

The room was filthy, the soundproofing was awful, and the staff were very noisy. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
