The petting zoo was a huge hit with the children. They got to interact with and hold the animals, and it was lovely to watch. There was a nice mix of fun, learning, family time, and outdoor recreation for adults too. The spacious, clean, well-kept facilities gave us room for activities and for colleagues and families to spend time together and make memories. Our company, Soilpro Technical Services Sdn Bhd, held its first formal team-building event here. We had 41 people from 13 families, including employees, spouses, children, and older family members, so we needed a place for all ages and meaningful family bonding. Eco Ventures Park delivered more than we expected. Planning was well coordinated from start to event day, and the programme ran smoothly. The staff were attentive, helpful, and welcoming, and we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was plentiful and delicious, with good variety for adults and children. Many participants complimented the meals. We wanted this first event to bring people together, build teamwork, and show appreciation, and it did just that. Ms. Tan Chu Tick deserves special thanks for her coordination, quick responses, and attention to detail throughout the planning. She gave us confidence and peace of mind, and we appreciate all the arrangements. Thanks as well to the whole Eco Ventures Park team for making our first company team-building event memorable. We'd recommend it to companies, schools, and families looking for organised activities, good hospitality, and time to bond.

The ATV package was a waste of our time and money. We paid individually at the counter and were told to wait at the ATV station, but groups kept appearing and taking turns ahead of us. Staff said some groups were prioritised without explaining why. There was no clear queue, numbering, or transparency. We waited, tried other activities to pass the time, then came back to find yet another group getting an extra ride while everyone else was still waiting. After two hours with no progress or accountability, we gave up and requested a refund. That took another hour. This was poor management, not a small inconvenience. If they sell ATV slots, they need a proper queue or booking system and basic communication. I'd avoid the package. It felt chaotic and unfair.

We booked and paid for the ATV ride at the counter, then were told to wait by the ATV area. Other groups kept moving ahead of us, and staff said some were priority, without explaining how turns were managed. There was no queue, time estimate, or communication. After waiting for a long time, we tried other activities. When we returned, another group was being allowed an extra ride ahead of the people still waiting. By then we'd lost two hours. Asking for a refund took nearly another hour. The ATV operation was poorly coordinated and frustrating, especially for individual customers. I'd avoid the package entirely.

We took students here for a day trip and ice-breaking event. It worked well for team-building activities, and the facilitators were friendly and helpful.
