The room was decent for a short stay, and the location works if you need to get to Columbia Asia Hospital. But the area right outside feels neglected, with piles of rubbish in front of the building. The room is small and feels overpriced. For this rate, larger rooms at 2 or 3-star hotels are easy to find. The air conditioner is old, and the smart TV doesn’t have regular free-to-air local channels. Parking is shared with the surrounding shoplots, so finding a space can be a hassle. It’s fine for a practical one-night stay near the hospital. Don’t expect much space, a view, or amenities. Overrated hotel.

There’s a lift, so you can choose any room, and you’ll find a laundromat and convenience store nearby. I also found a mamak restaurant within walking distance. The coconut milkshake was amazing, and I regret not taking another one back to my room. It’s a good budget hotel for a short stay. The room is a bit cramped for rm90, but everything else was good and sufficient, and I left satisfied. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Mr. Ari at reception gives good service. I’ve been coming to this hotel whenever I visit Balakong, for three years now, and I’m here again today. Thanks so much for the very good service. I really recommend staying here. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The location’s handy, with 24-hour stores like 7Eleven and KK Mart nearby. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was spacious and clean.
