Getting around town is easy from this fantastic location, with a mall, food, shops, and banks nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick. There’s plenty of free parking on weekends and public holidays, plus a water dispenser and iron in the hall. The room was outdated and honestly not very clean. Housekeeping seemed to do little beyond the bedding and floor. Security is basic, just CCTV and an old key, so keep your valuables close at all times. Not for a long stay. Stay at your own risk.

The hygiene was poor, with badly maintained rooms and a general lack of cleanliness. We also expected basic comfort and respect, but didn't get either. The receptionist acted very unprofessionally, and my friends and I, all girls, felt very uncomfortable, almost as if we were being watched in a perverted way. Guests should be able to feel safe here. I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's right above a mamak joint, so you won't go hungry at any time of day 😄. The hotel is on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, above 'Q' Bistro, and is an option if you're after budget accommodation. There's nothing fancy in the room: two single beds, aircon, a TV, dressing table, clothes hanger, and 2 towels. No toiletries, hot shower, kettle, iron, or hairdryer. They do have an iron and ironing board in the hall, and I think there's a water dispenser too. The rooms are clean, though the floor felt a bit sticky and could use a different cleaner. The mattress was worn enough that I could feel the spring bulging out. The hotel could improve the lighting, especially in the toilet and corridors. As a solo female traveller, I prefer bright surroundings to dim ones. The faucet in my room leaked all night, so I heard the dripping. I told reception the next morning so they could fix it and avoid wasting water.

Water was dripping onto the floor from a leaking ceiling with mold, which felt unsafe for children. Management refused to move us to another room and gave us only towels and a bucket. Terrible service, avoid this hotel!
