I was there for five nights on a business trip. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spacious, so it was a nice place to sleep. But the housekeeping was disappointing. The Level 2 couple suite bathroom was dirty. The bathtub and wall looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed, even after I asked for cleaning. I don’t think they did it. Towels weren’t changed daily, and the drinking cups weren’t washed properly. The housekeeping felt lazy.

There’s a massage and spa place right next door. The rooms are generally clean and fine, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep at night or you’re in town for an event.

The toilets were really dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest checked out. I called the room service counter twice to ask for the room to be made up, but nobody came. There weren’t any staff at the counter either.

I attended a wedding dinner here. The food was pretty nice, though everything moved slowly. The host spoke in Cantonese, and not many people in the hall understood.

The room was just right, but soap was the only toiletry provided 😅. Bring your own toiletries just in case, ahahahah.
