Urban Cave Management still hasn’t returned my deposit, nearly 10 weeks after I moved out. They were quick to take it, but the contract says RM200 is deducted for cleaning, and the room I moved into was in terrible shape. The mattress had bed bugs and they wouldn’t replace it, so I bought a new one and threw the old ones away myself. I’ve tried contacting them and get no reply. New renters, please don’t rent from URBAN CAVE MANAGEMENT.

If you don’t mind walking, there’s some pretty amazing food around. The condo looks nice, though the gym is a little small and has decent cardio equipment. Management can be a bit problematic, and there are quite a lot of rules to follow.

It’s a 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from Suntex MRT Station. There’s a good range of facilities too, from the pool with its forest view and gymnasium to badminton courts, souna, a squash court, mini library and children playgrounds.

Stores like Speed 99, Chagee and Watsons are all within walking distance, as is the Suntex MRT. The community feels modern and nice, housekeeping is good and controlled, and the facilities are well maintained. It’s a really good service condo with proactive management.

The administration and security office are what I like most. Everyone there is excellent and attentive to everything. It’s a very beautiful building, and I recommend it.
