The air-conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly. When we raised it, the front desk wasn’t helpful and just made excuses, saying that was how their air-conditioning worked. One of the worst hotels in Kampar. Really not worth staying here.

De Cassia provides excellent room facilities in a quiet setting. For the price, I think it’s the best hotel in Kampar, and the location is strategic.

It’s quiet and a nice place, but I couldn’t sleep because cockroaches were everywhere. They need to do a better job with cleanliness.

The room is spacious and has a TV, and there’s covered parking on the roof. The only problem was that the hot water didn’t work.

A peaceful, safe and harmonious place to rest, opposite Kampar police station. The room rate is around RM100++, and there’s a playground and a small pool for children. No coffee house or restaurant here, so you have to go out for breakfast and lunch. There was no disturbance during our stay.
