🤬👎🏿The guard was so rude. On Mar 27, from 7pm to 7:30pm, the kids were playing on the swing and he yelled that they couldn't play, with no reason given. TERRIBLE! 👎🏿👎🏿 I said I wouldn't visit the restaurants again because of him. I updated this on Mar 31st after management replied that the playground closes at 7pm. That missed my point, which was the guard's attitude and the lack of clear signage. The reply just repeated that it closed at 7pm. Now I can see why the guard's standard was so low, with such poor management training the guards. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏽👎🏽🤬🤬

The environment is nice, but dealing with management has been frustrating. They don't explain things clearly to new tenants, have a bad attitude, and don't reply when we message for something. They also don't send the electricity and water bills each month. The admin and management really need to improve.

The location works well for families with children going to WIS, and the view looks toward UTAR Hospital and Westlake International School. At Secret cafe, you can get a very good coffee for RM1 with a main dish. The rental contract is for 1 year.

The place has modern ID, feels cozy, and is well equipped. The view is nice too. During my stay they sent the modem for fixing, so I basically couldn't connect to WiFi. Luckily, I could still use my data. Still, it was a great stay.

The view is awesome, and the utilities provided were good during the few days I stayed here. Wi-Fi helped a lot since my telco coverage is really bad in the rural area. There aren't many food and drink options nearby, though. Overall, it was good.
