The Wi-Fi was really fast, and I had a small TV with a remote. For a budget hotel, there was more than I expected. I got a windowless Queen-bed room, but it was clean and air-conditioned, with comfortable enough pillows and bed. It had a place for hangers, a small cabinet, a kettle, small bottles of drinking water, and a fairly clean bathroom with a heated shower. The staff were friendly and always smiling. They checked that I had the right room and reminded me about the paid parking, then arranged it so the parking inspector wouldn’t ticket me. I’d call them again if I need a budget hotel around here.

We were given room 118 at a walk-in rate of Rm125, but it was awful, nothing like our past experiences. There was no window, and the room didn’t feel worth the charge. The switch was also far from the table. Please make some improvements.

The hotel is in Bertam Business Centre, with shops close by, and the staff were quite friendly. They sell Maggie hot cups and 3-in-1 coffee at the counter. There’s a Cuckoo dispenser there too, though the room also has an electric kettle.

The location is handy, right in the business center, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and a street food event at Sunshine Mall. There’s no hotel parking, but plenty of public spaces out front. The room was clean and the shower pressure was good, though the door and toilet door were broken, and the walls didn’t block much noise from the next room. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect too much.
