Kertih Damansara Inn

We stayed in one of the bungalow units, which had seven rooms. The room itself was very limited on space, with just enough room for two single beds. It had a TV, a desk, a place to hang clothes, a dustbin, a stool, and a tray with two mugs, a pitcher, two packets of milk tea, and two packets of roasted coffee. The restroom sizes vary. Some are roomy, while others are really narrow, with just enough space to get through. Even so, ours was clean and hygienic. There was only a tight but usable spot for solat. I’d say it works for a transit stop, a short stay, or just somewhere to sleep overnight.

The receptionist was really friendly, and they let us check out an extra hour late without charging us. It has a beautiful view and a nice setup for a big family holiday, or possibly for training. With kids along, though, the room felt small for them to play in. There’s a common room, but not much privacy there. The door was also very hard to open. Another hassle: the same key card is used for the lights in your room and the common room, so with just one card you can only have the lights on in one place at a time. Still, it’s a good place overall.

The rooms were clean, and the common areas were acceptable. These are bungalow lots split into rooms, so don’t expect much space in your room. There wasn’t much parking, and we didn’t get room service during our stay. The front desk was courteous. For a hotel in a small town, it’s a bit far from town. Mesra mall is about 15 minutes away, though there are quite a few makan places nearby.
