The room and service were both poor. The room wasn’t clean, and neither were the mattresses or the clothes.

The air conditioning was the one thing that was okay. The room itself was dirty and moldy, and even the basic facilities were badly maintained. Water was cut off during busy hours, which was really inconvenient. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The TV didn’t work, and they only gave us one towel for two people. I had to ask for another, and they couldn’t provide an extra blanket either. For RM75 a night, maybe that’s what you get at a budget hotel. I’ve stayed at others for the same rate that were much better. This was just somewhere to nap, rest, and shower. That’s my impression before going to sleep. Never mind, good night.

The staff were helpful and friendly, even though I checked in late. The place was clean for the price and standard. You get what you pay for, no more than that.

It’s a simple room, but I could get a good rest there after a long, tiring day. The bedsheet was clean, the room was neat, and the shower had a strong flow. Free Wi-Fi was available too.
