There were tiny cockroaches and other insects in the room, and the shower was broken, spraying water everywhere. There wasn’t a mirror in the room either, only one in the bathroom, which I don’t understand. On the 27th, when we checked in, we noticed dirt on the bedsheet but didn’t make an issue of it. At checkout the next day, a staff member said we had made the marks and the receptionist asked us to pay for the sheet. She even asked whether I’d used ink on it. Why should we pay for a mistake that was already there? They should have checked it before we used the bed. I didn’t take any pictures, unfortunately, but I’ll never return or recommend this place.

I’m staying at SEED HOTEL in room 111 on the first floor, and I paid to stay for one month so I could rest after my cancer operation at HOSP. TENGKU AMPUAN RAHIMAN. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant, with little traffic since SEED HOTEL is at the end of the shop lots. All the staff are hardworking, polite, and helpful, especially CHE MILLA. I think this is the best budget hotel in Klang.

On the second day, the hotel had no water, so there was no shower or toilet available. Guests had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and staff said they hadn’t been told about the outage either. No one informed the guests. The room was in poor shape, with a cracked ceiling and holes, ants, dirty walls, and no safe. There’s no phone in the room to call reception, so every request means going down to the lobby. Toothbrush and toothpaste cost RM 10. The toilet door wouldn’t close, the shower holder was loose and propped up with cardboard, and the water pressure kept changing. The TV had no channels, just YouTube. Check-in took over 15 minutes even though we arrived at 3 PM, because the receptionist was outside smoking and told us to wait. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, despite arriving with no expectations. For the price, there are much better places nearby. The 5-star reviews clearly don’t seem genuine.

Both nights we were there, the room was so hot that we spent the night sweating. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and though we asked staff to get a technician to refill the gas, it still hadn’t been fixed when we got back at night. Another staff member noticed how warm it was and brought us a stand fan. Then on the second day, we returned to a strong cigarette smell in the room, as if someone had smoked in the bathroom. It made an already uncomfortable stay even worse. Very disappointing.

They said cancellation was free up to three days before check-in, but refused to honor that because I’d booked another room for 3pax at their inn. Fine, consider it money given to a beggar. No problem.
