I've rented a one-room unit here for over three years, and it's been convenient and a good place to live. But I'm angry that management has locked one of our access cards and now only allows one car. We've had two cards and parked two cars for two years. This selfish, unreasonable decision has pushed a lot of cars to park outside the building.

The room payment was due right away, and only after we booked did they tell us about an extra RM200 deposit. The service was bad. This “funny residence” didn’t even have hand soap, and the shower gel bottle was empty. They left a few pieces of cutlery, but no dishwashing liquid to clean them. Damn bloody nonsense. Nothing special about the place, wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I was really disappointed with the management. Bikes aren’t allowed in the residents’ parking area, so you have to leave yours outside. They never mentioned this beforehand or provided any house rules, even though I paid more than the standard rental rate. Not very suitable for Airbnb or other short stays.

Check-in went smoothly and the room was clean. The area is just five minutes from Legoland, which is handy if you’re visiting the park. There aren’t as many food choices as in the city center, though.
