The hotel is close to a shopping mall, and the rooms are cleaned regularly and kept in good shape. It’s budget-friendly without giving up quality. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the customer service was great. A good choice if these are the things you’re looking for.

We had a great time here. The room has a modern, very new design and a good view. Everything provided was in good condition and convenient to use, and the customer service staff were friendly and helped us check in. The location is nice, near a shopping mall. A good choice in KL.

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and still haven’t checked in. Check-in is usually much faster, so the customer service feels really slow and bad today. Please improve it!
