I was here because we had a hospital appointment at 7am, and the hospital is just across from this hotel. We stayed instead of risking bad traffic from KL. The Wi-Fi was no use at all. I agree with the other reviews about it not connecting, so saying it works feels like a lie. The room was filthy, worse than a public toilet, and not worth the money. A baby cockroach was running around on the bed as soon as I came in, so I checked under the blanket and found hairs everywhere. I was too shocked to photograph the cockroach, though I did attach a picture of the hairs on the bed. If there are babies, the parent cockroaches must be around too. So frustrating. To the owner or hotel management, please do something about the dirt. We're all paying to stay here, and this was embarrassing and deeply regrettable. This was my first and last time at this terrible hotel. Everyone, read the reviews before spending your money here. It's not worth it.

The hotel's strong smell, like mold mixed with cigarette smoke, was everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms. Despite its decent location, those three nights were exhausting, and I won't return. The MCO doesn't excuse service this poor. Please think twice before booking. The hotel needs to fix its basic facilities and train its staff before continuing to operate. I paid nearly RM500 for three nights, but the room had problem after problem and customer service kept passing the issues around instead of sorting them out. There was a Wi-Fi network, but no internet in the room, despite the booking saying Wi-Fi was available. They said they'd fix it, but the problem remained even after I checked out. It felt like guests were all given the same excuse to dismiss complaints. There wasn't even a hairdryer in the room. I called to request one and waited nearly an hour without it arriving. When I followed up, staff said they were eating and I'd have to wait. No one had told me that, so after waiting patiently I went downstairs to get it myself. The water heater also didn't work. I checked in around 7 PM, and by the time I'd dealt with these issues it was close to 9 PM. I was exhausted and gave up trying to fix anything that night. The next morning I reported the hot water again. Customer service and management kept delaying, then took over 30 minutes to send someone. Even after the water ran for more than 10 minutes, it was still ice cold. Maybe it would take three days of running to get hot water! Housekeeping was the worst part. A cleaner entered my room without permission one day and handled and moved my belongings instead of actually cleaning. One sock ended up on the floor, and I lost its pair. They rearranged my things without asking, which is basic housekeeping etiquette. Another day, I came back to find a staff member wiping the table with a cloth covered in dust. They'd have been better off not cleaning. I strongly advise guests not to leave valuables in the room.

The room was spacious, and both the bathroom and bedsheets were clean. The location worked well, with a 24-hour restaurant right next door. There were several cockroaches on the hallway floor, and the hotel lobby smelled of cigarettes. It used to be an excellent hotel.

The rooms were clean and had a nice view of Klang city, but the hotel has fallen into disrepair. Maybe bankruptcy and new management are to blame. The old amenities and cigarette-smelling lobby don't help, and the original lobby and main floor feel like deserted ghost towns that used to be full of life. It seems like this was once a grand place, perhaps one of the area's poshest hotels about 10 years ago. I wish it could return to its glory days.

We stayed one night in a room with two queen beds for our family of four. The location is alright, with food within walking distance, and there's a Saturday night market. The hotel has potential, but maintenance is poor. The pool has algae in it. I'd come back if they improved the upkeep.
