The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. It’s an older hotel, but having a lift is handy. Right in central Kluang, with a 99 Speedmart next door for picking up supplies. Good value if you’re after a clean, comfortable, convenient place and aren’t fussed about fancy looks.

The reception staff on 12 and 13 October 2025 were rude. I had already told the counter that I’d paid in full, and my request was written in the Agoda booking, but they spoke to me as though I still owed them money. It’s not my problem if staff change between shifts and the new people don’t know about the booking. Can’t you read? A really bad experience with the receptionist, and I’ll leave a very bad review on Agoda for this property.

The room was spacious and the toilet clean. The mattress was a bit creaky, though I could still sleep fine, and there was a smell in the lift that wasn’t too much of a problem. WiFi was decent for a cheap hotel. The price felt fair, somewhere between cheap and expensive. Remember to bring RM50 cash for the deposit.

The room was clean, and the bed and linen smelled fresh. It’s not the newest place, though: the bathtub had cracks and the sink had no stopper. Minor damage for a budget hotel. One weekday night cost RM89.62. There’s a 99 Speed mart next door, and it’s a short three-minute walk to get Prata(canai), murtabak, and Indian rojak. The location is convenient but still peaceful, with Kluang Parade shopping Mall and other eateries within walking distance. S-Plus hardware store, Eco Shop, and Kluang Rail Coffee shop are about five to seven minutes away on foot, as is St. Louis Catholic Church. Two bottles of mineral water were complimentary. The iron and hot/cold water dispenser are in the shared ground-floor area.
