Be Boutique Hotel

Good location near the mall and tasty food stalls, and the soundproofing was excellent. The TV had lots of channels, and I liked the rain shower. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but no toothbrush. There was a kettle, cups, and two bottles of water, though no coffee or tea. A water dispenser is in the lobby. The room was clean, but both pillows had several long strands of hair on them even though the sheets were clean. I asked for fresh pillowcases and changed them myself. The staff member apologized. The main light switch is faulty and only works if you hold it at a certain angle.

The worker was friendly, and the place is right in the middle of the city. It’s a three-storey hotel with a lift. The tiled room floor and bathroom were clean enough for me, though not spotless. The air conditioner worked well and cooled the room, but had a slight smell. Water pressure was good. I liked it a lot.

The room was in a strategic spot, with restaurants, a fast food outlet, and other shops nearby. The lift worked, and the shower had good water pressure. That was about all I liked. The room was filthy. The floor clearly hadn’t been mopped, and dried white stains on the wall and bed frame were disgusting. There was a large cigarette butt left in the bathroom. Black stains on the bedsheet made me itch all over, and sleeping was very uncomfortable. There were no coffee or 3-in-1 drink sachets, and no kettle in the room, which was disappointing for the price. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with much better cleanliness and amenities. I expected better and hope management fixes these issues promptly.

I had a good stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bath water hot. The location was good, with a nearby food area. The air conditioner faces the bed, so cold air blew straight at my face while I slept. A windshield would be nice, but after adjusting it, it wasn’t a big problem. Some things may be missing from the room, but that’s reasonable for the price.
