We were very disappointed with the service. The room came with just one pillow, so my friend asked reception for two more. The receptionist seemed annoyed and said only one extra pillow could be provided. We were even willing to rent one, but that wasn't an option either. In the end, I had to take the pillow from my own room and bring it to my friend's. One receptionist kept looking at us like we owed her a lot of money.

The Executive King room comes with a garage, but getting a car into it is tricky because the space is so narrow. For the price, I don't think this room is worth it compared with other hotels in the area. You could find a better one.

It's a basic, ordinary hotel without much to expect. I stayed three nights, and the room was never cleaned.

Reception was friendly and gave us a pleasant welcome. The room itself smelled of smoke along with another odd, lingering odor. The furniture was worn, and there were children's drawings on the stained walls.

For RM61 a night, I was happy with this place and stayed two nights. The room was clean, the air-con cold, and the staff friendly. The water heater worked, and the WiFi was fine for regular use. The train station is walkable, or about RM4 away by Grab. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and reception sells drinking water and snacks.
