There are several restaurants nearby, both halal and non-halal, plus a big food court right next door. The rooms are tidy and clean, service is good and appropriate, and the price is very worthwhile. The building was originally meant to be a mall, but it never fully opened as one and was later converted into a hotel.

There's a food court next to the hotel and plenty of shops around, so the location is handy for visiting Kluang. Parking outside is free, and the price is reasonable. It's an older, non-luxury hotel, but the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Only one lift is operating. In my room the water heater control was broken, so the water was too hot.

The hotel is in poor condition, so I wouldn't recommend it. There's a food court nearby, and the train station, bus station, and town are about a 5-10 minute drive away.
