There’s a kitchen in the pantry, plus a washing machine and ironing area. The owner is friendly, and there are plenty of parking spaces inside the gated compound. It’s basically a guest house with several rooms in a three-storey building. The room was okay and had basic amenities, though the water pressure was quite low. There’s no daily housekeeping, but you can ask the owner because staff are short. It’s cash only. Cleanliness in the room, toilet and shared areas needs improvement.

During my six-day stay, they never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets. There was no hot water, no toilet paper and no proper facilities in the room. For nearly 90 RM, you get a hostel or budget hotel room at the price of a regular hotel. It’s far from the city, with no public transportation.

The room is spacious, with working air-conditioning and a water heater, plus a mini ice box. There’s free parking too. Nice place and a nice owner. Keep it up, pakcik din.
