BBP Hotel

The bathroom was especially old and dirty, the mirror was filthy, and the toilet was very hard to flush. The whole room was filthy too, with cockroaches crawling on the bed and sheets and pillows that smelled unwashed. It smelled awful, and with no windows the room was stuffy and hard to breathe in. Terrible hotel. I’d never recommend it. Very bad.

I used the hotel for a few hours while waiting for my night bus, and they accept half-day stays at a reasonable fee. The room was clean, and I could shower and rest. There’s a restaurant beside the hotel, which made dinner convenient. We took a Grab to the bus terminal, though walking there is possible too.

I only booked at the last minute because the other hotels in the area were full, and I wasn’t expecting anything outstanding. Still, I never imagined it would be this bad. There were literally dozens of cockroaches in the room. I told reception, but he was playing mobile games and just said they couldn’t do anything. A traumatic experience. This hotel shouldn’t be in business. Avoid it unless you like sleeping with cockroaches.

The staff were super nice, and Lotus right across the street is a big plus. Room # 107 is small, cheerfully painted, and has no window. There’s barely space for your luggage.
