There was plenty of room, and overall it was a good place to stay. Two of the rooms had air conditioning, while the third had a fan. The toilet light in the first room was out, but a technician replaced it on the second day. The hot-water filter switched itself off if left running too long, so we asked reception for a regular electric kettle. Wi-Fi wasn’t available during my stay, though maybe that was just in my unit.

I booked the room for my parents, and they were pleased with both its size and the price. My mum accidentally left her ring behind, but the staff kept it for her. Really great service, thanks again.

The master bedroom toilet in the T5 room was in terrible shape. We had to open the main pipe to get the water heater working, the original shower leaked because its pipe was loose, and the toilet itself looked close to breaking. I attached photos and a video as evidence, but those were deleted, along with my first review, which I couldn’t find in the review list. When we complained, the response was rude. They said nothing could be done, and when I asked why we were paying the same price, or more, for fewer amenities, they said everyone had booked early. There was no action, no apology, and the person hung up before answering. We didn’t even get compensation as a gesture of regret. You can delete my review if you want, but I’ll report this to the relevant authority for customers’ rights. I want management to respond and act. Why are you afraid of public opinion? You have to face the consequences of your actions.
