Hotel Bintang Indah

We were in room 005 on Level M for one night. It had a big mirror, an ironing board with instructions, and plenty of room to pray, with the kiblat direction marked. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The water heater worked well, though the soap dispenser seemed stuck. It’s very close to Nasi Lemak Dusun Muda and KB Mall. The room was quite dim even with the window, so brighter lighting would help. There were mosquitoes both inside and outside the door, luckily I had brought repellent. Filtered water was provided, but we didn’t know if it was clean, so we chose bottled water instead.

Hotel Bintang Indah looked after our bags while we spent three days travelling to the Perhentian Islands, and the staff were lovely. The rooms are basic but clean, with good Wi-Fi and A/C. KB mall is close enough to walk to for food and a supermarket. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality 🙏

It was our first time there, and the staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. They even suggested places to visit and good food nearby.

The room was clean, and they had useful basics like an iron and ironing board plus a filter for drinking water. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs, and my skin has been itching ever since. We brought our own toiletries because none were provided. It was otherwise good, but the bed bug problem needs attention from management. It was really disturbing and traumatic.
