This turned into a nightmare for my family and me. I booked through Agoda on 09/04/2024 with payment due at the hotel. When I arrived on 10/04/2024, staff said every room was occupied, so I had to look for another hotel. What happens to the booking payment? I'm not paying anything, since this wasn't my fault. 😡😡🤬🤬

There isn't food service at the hotel, but restaurants are nearby, including a cute cafe right beside it with Western food. Our room was roomy and quite clean, and it had plenty of beds for a low price.

Honestly, OYO is better and cheaper. The room has lots of nooks and cracks, and the toilet door is damaged. There's little privacy, and outside noise is really loud.

The mattress felt stiff, the floor was a bit sandy, and housekeeping didn't seem thorough. The window wouldn't close properly either, and the door lock was poor. It's OK if you just need somewhere to sleep, though it feels more like a motel.

There's a laundry available here, and a sewing place nearby too. The hotel is right by the roadside and the room was very nice.
