For RM130, the family room has two queen beds and plenty of space. My family could even bring two totos to sleep on the floor. The basic equipment is there, and the night market is nearby. It's my usual budget hotel when we're in KB.

The price is low and reasonable, and the room is more spacious than usual, probably because it was converted from a shop lot. The place needs work, though. The air conditioning isn't very cool, the hotel sign is dull and hard to see, and the entrance looks bad. The stairs up to the hotel are stained and dirty, there are lots of cockroaches, and the water heater didn't work.

For a budget stay, the family room had enough room for all five of us, with two double beds and a single. It's right in the busy, well-known Wakaf Che Yeh shopping area, so you should expect some noise. Finding food is easy, with lots of places to eat around.

The price is fair and negotiable. There is a laundry on the ground floor, which makes it easy to wash clothes before checking out. The stairways and pavement below the hotel could use a bit of cleaning.

They split a room into four small rooms for monthly rentals, and I rented one for two months. The other tenant smoked in their room. I complained to the owner, but nothing was done.
