For this price, I could find a better room elsewhere. Parking costs extra, and without paying you have to leave the car by the roadside or on an empty lot, which was already full of cars belonging to people who work or live nearby. The room, Breezy suite unit 7-32A, was in very poor condition. The door handles all need replacing, as does the TV remote. The shower hose leaks, and the toilet seat and lid were loose or detached and yellowish. The bedsheet had been stitched instead of replaced, which looked really bad for guests. There were no power sockets between the beds, which was inconvenient. The check-in instructions said the key would be in a box labeled Breezy suite, but there was no such small box when I opened the mailbox. Overall, it was a bad experience for the price.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and it’s easy to find. Shops and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby, as is the Philippine market. I really liked staying here.

There are plenty of good places to stay on Sutra Avenue, so I’d avoid this one. The photos can’t be trusted. I booked two nights, but after arriving on a late flight, I was horrified when I opened the room door. There was nowhere else to go at that hour, so I slept there and left. The sheets and pillows were yellow, and ants were all over the floors and walls. There were termites chewing the furniture, along with black ants that bite people. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
