The room was quite run down, and finding my way around was confusing. There were no clear check-in instructions, and the parking area was hard to figure out. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to work out where to park and how to check in. It’s another messy serviced apartment in KK, right on top of Imago shopping mall.
For a family stay, it’s acceptable at about MYR220+ a night since the price is low for a serviced apartment and it has most of the facilities you need. It doesn’t feel suited to a business trip or a couple. There’s no reception desk, so you have to contact the person in charge to get the access cards. The rooms are only so-so for cleanliness, though okay for the price, and the regular spring mattress felt hard on my back. Aircraft fly by frequently, which may bother some people. There’s no proper signage either, so you might spend time trying to find your unit.
The stay was pleasant, and the location is strategic and convenient. There’s a new mall underneath, Imago Mall. Check-in and checkout were a bit of a hassle, and I didn’t get to try the pool.
This place is right above Imago shopping complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, with standard amenities, and I loved it!
What a disaster. The room quality was really bad, and I was very disappointed with the service. Don’t trust the photos online. Find somewhere else to stay in KK.
