JPOD Capsule Hotel

A good deal for a solo trip or an overnight stay. They provide a locker large enough for big luggage.

The beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff were a huge help. They answered all my questions and helped when my Grab app wouldn't work. Lockers are big, self-service laundry is easy, and they even provide slippers. The blackout capsule bed was a good spot to catch up on sleep. I wouldn't pick it to meet other backpackers, since there's not much of a social atmosphere. The toilet and shower share a wet room, which feels a bit like an airplane bathroom. I also found the location tedious for walking to and from the main part of town: the roads are huge and busy, it's hot in the day or dark at night, and the pavement sometimes disappears.

For this price, I can't imagine finding anything better. The staff were really polite and helpful, great at communicating and sorting out problems. The toilets were spotless, breakfast was served with care, and the capsules were nice and well maintained. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about. Good job, guys.

I stood in front of the front desk with my luggage for over 20 minutes, and the staff completely ignored me. No greeting, acknowledgment, or help. That's unacceptable for a hospitality business.
