Please train the male counter staff better. The way he gives information isn't good. He lit up the Sabah State Water Department, but this is a hotel, and the hotel doesn't have a water storage tank? I stayed on 17.08.25 in a third-floor room with no water, which made showering and defecating difficult.

The heater worked well, and there was a TV plus a mini fridge stocked with drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a cheap place to sleep, right next to Segama Night Market, but the noise at night was a lot. People smoked downstairs, so I had to breathe that air while trying to sleep. The room was upstairs with no elevator, and the old air conditioner had no remote and didn’t cool the room much. There was a balcony exit door, but it was loose enough that I could see outside without opening it.

For a cheap price, I got clean sheets, good air conditioning, and a TV, plus fast WiFi. The staff were really nice, and the location was good. It’s newly renovated too. I’d stay here again, definitely recommend it.

The stay was comfortable and peaceful apart from the room feeling cramped when three of us tried to have sahur during Ramadan. We’d booked a room with three single beds.
