The bed and pillow weren’t comfortable for me, and the toilet could have been cleaner. I also found it inconvenient that there was no kettle in the kitchen. The location is quite handy, but my stay was just okay. I hope they address these details for future guests.

The sea-facing view and sunset were stunning 😍. My room was spacious, beautiful, and clean, and all the facilities were complete. I was very satisfied with my stay and will come back!

We arrived on time but couldn’t get into the room until 4:20 PM because it wasn’t ready. The room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, and when we asked about the one originally assigned to us, staff said that one was dirty too. We got no apology or explanation, just the impression that we were being handed whichever unclean room was available. I felt completely disrespected. They moved us to another building without asking, perhaps to keep us near our friends, but it wasn’t even on the floor we had booked. The pool was also closed, which we only learned after arriving, though it hadn’t been mentioned when we booked. While we carried our bags, staff looked at us, laughed, and spoke in a language we couldn’t understand. It felt as if they were laughing at us, and was upsetting and disrespectful. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, but maintenance reported that it was working. We were then told we couldn’t change rooms. The front desk offered no apology and blamed the cleaning and maintenance teams, while the cleaning staff blamed the front desk for not checking things properly. I was really upset and felt ignored, unwelcome, and hurt. The service was terrible, the worst I’ve experienced.

The airport is just a short distance away, and the area was quiet, so this is convenient for a transit stay. The amenities matched the description, but the listing photos made the space look much bigger than it was. We stayed in the Japanese Deluxe family room with one queen bed and one single bed on 22 Dec 2025. Cleanliness was disappointing: the floors and mirrors hadn’t been wiped, the linens had visible stains, and there was a lot of mold in the shower grout. The AC was loud and the bed far too soft. We also didn’t get the check-in instructions until late on the night we arrived, and the tower wasn’t specified, so finding the right one was difficult. I’d rate it three stars overall, with three for accuracy because of the size difference, two for cleanliness, two for communication, five for location, and three for value. It works for a quick stay, but cleanliness and host responsiveness need improvement for the price to feel worthwhile.
