The tall male staff member at the night counter was dismissive and rude when I asked a question. I had a poor service experience and hope the hotel reviews staff conduct and training. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated.

Breakfast had lots of choices and everything was delicious. Azlinah, the waitress at the cafe, was so kind and helpful, and we felt comfortable and happy. Thanks, we'll come back.

For a budget stay of 2-3 nights, it was alright. The room was sorta clean and the AC worked fine, but the sheets weren't very clean. The bathroom was cramped, with nowhere for soap or shampoo and nowhere to hang clothes. Wifi didn't work, and trying another SSID just kept disconnecting.

The staff were all great, and they seemed very attentive to guest security. A great hotel.

The room rate feels quite expensive for what you get. Not worth it, though the place isn't bad.
