The room on the 5th floor was okay, but the toilet had no ventilation. The aircon ran, though it didn't get cold even at 16°c. The location is great, within walking distance of Imago, with a 24hrs restaurant and coin laundry downstairs. There's no breakfast, but plenty of places to eat during the day. Parking costs extra and now requires card payment, so we had a little trouble with the cashless system at first.

The children said the mattress and bedsheet were unclean, and the blanket was confusing to use. It has three layers, so if you mess it up, you end up with a white cloth. The room and bathroom floors were dirty when I checked in, and under the bed was even worse, very dusty. Some things didn't work properly, including the confusing light switch and the ventilation. I strongly suggest avoiding an unpleasant stay like mine until the hotel improves. It was a bad trip.

At Manja hotel, we were very disappointed by the room. The aircond didn't work properly, and when we asked for extra towels, they said supplies were limited, which makes no sense. The wifi couldn't be accessed either. Whoever owns this hotel needs to step up. I wouldn't rate it anywhere near 0.

For my first visit to KK, this was an okay place to stay, close to Imago Mall KK. The spacious room, queen bed, and bathroom felt calm and comfortable. I also liked the no plastic bottle policy during the stay. The airconditioner seemed old and could be upgraded for future guests' comfort.

You get decent value for the money, and the room size is okay. But it's a bit run-down, with maintenance needed for the floor and shower tap. Construction noise from outside came through quite loudly too, so better soundproofing would help.
